How long does a website take?
It depends on the package, the number of pages and how quickly content and feedback are available. A Launch Website is quicker to deliver than a Business Pro or e-commerce build. We confirm the timeline in your proposal.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Scion’s pre-existing tools and methods, and third-party components such as plugins or licensed assets, remain subject to their own terms.
Is hosting included?
Hosting and domain names are third-party services with their own fees, so they are not included in the package price unless your proposal says otherwise. We can recommend suitable hosting and set it up for you.
Can you integrate my CRM, WhatsApp or booking tool?
Yes. Launch Website lists contact forms and WhatsApp, Business Website lists CRM integration, and Business Pro lists CRM and API integrations plus booking systems. Integrations depend on the tool offering a suitable connection or API.
Do you build e-commerce websites with PayFast?
Yes. Our E-commerce package includes PayFast integration alongside a product catalogue, cart, customer accounts and order management. PayFast charges in South African rand, so for international customers we’ll discuss whether an additional payment option is needed.
Is SEO included?
Every package includes SEO foundations, from basic SEO on Launch Website to an advanced SEO foundation on Business Pro. Ongoing work such as content, link building and monthly reporting is part of our separate SEO service.
What happens after the support period?
Business Website includes 30 days of support and Business Pro includes 60 days. After that, we can agree ongoing maintenance and improvements, quoted separately so you only pay for what you need.
